It is the irrefutable and inalienable right that the author possesses to usufruct the patrimonial and moral benefits of his works.
When materializing a workmanship, the patrimonial and moral rights are acquired. The patrimonial rights are characterized by the possibility to be negotiated total or partially, depending on the terms of the licensing contract signed. Although, the Moral rights cannot be sold, is the right to have the name cited every time that the workmanship is published or used.

All creation of the spirit and its crystallization are registered as copyright. In such case, the books, paperbacks, brochures, speeches, letters, conferences, sermons and any other writings, dramatic plays and musical dramas or comedies, choreographic and the pantomimic ones, whose execution are fixed by writing or any another form. The musical compositions, with or without letters, the photographs, the audiovisuals works (with or without sound) at last, all creation expressed and somehow materialized.
