D'MARK was constituted in June of 1986 in Porto Alegre /RS - Brazil, by professionals with more than 40 (forty) years of qualification in the subjects concerning Intellectual Property.
In August, 2003, D'MARK opened its first branch in Criciuma/SC - Brazil, in order to provide a closer assistance to our clients in other states, as well, to render the strategic project of the company.
Our multifunctional team includes specialized lawyers, Intellectual Property attorneys, Industrial Property agents, patent analysts and writers, engineers, economists, and contact agents all over the world, providing to our clients a technical assistance that can handle all their necessities.
